Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Begins at 3:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Early arrivals may leave luggage at the front desk and park until the room is ready.
The reception desk is staffed 24/7 — late arrivals are welcome.

Reservations & Cancellations

A valid credit card is required to reserve a room.
The first night is charged upon booking.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours.
Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
Cash is not accepted.

Smoking Policy

The Inn is 100% smoke-free indoors.
A $275 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.
A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Dog-Friendly Policy

Dogs are welcome with no pet fee and no breed/size restrictions.
Dogs must not be left unattended in rooms.
Please be respectful of other guests and keep pets leashed in shared areas.

Parking

Complimentary off-street parking is available behind the Inn and at Union Station Plaza (spaces 5–24).
Do not park in private lots or on the street — vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Accessibility

As a historic building, the Inn does not have an elevator.
If needed, please request a Lobby Level Room when booking — based on availability.

Candles & Open Flame

Use of candles, incense, or open flames is strictly prohibited in all rooms.
Guests violating this policy may incur cleaning or damage charges.
